The society conducted the following programmes which gave employment to the youth and bettermint in the lives of the people in rural area. Such as-

• We conducted computer training to students belong to scheduled caste which is a needed qualification for employment in present scenario.
• We conducted vehicle driving training to youth which gave the trainees an apportuity for public & private employment.
• Another training programme has been conducted for industrial helpers.
• A programme to create awareness about AIDS among rural people was conducted.
• To erradicate illiteracy among rural masses, a long term programme has been conducted.
• Some programmes to erradicate child labour and labour bondage in rural areas have been conducted.
• Some training programmes like masonry, bar bending, plumbing, sanitation, electrician are conducted under Rajiv Udyogasri Society scheme.
